Thank you for allowing Cottage Health to serve as your health care provider. Over the next few months you will see new and improved features in our billing processes. These changes are designed to better support our patients.
On August 15, 2017 we will introduce a new patient billing statement, and a new portal for Online Bill Pay.
On July 23, 2017, the options to set up new payment plans or make changes to existing payment plans online will be temporarily discontinued. The self-service functionality will return later this year, along with many new and expanded features.
All changes to payment plans can still be made by calling our Business Office at 805-695-2518 (Phone service hours: weekdays, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. PT).
