Established in 1963 by the Hospital Auxiliary, New To You has offered gently used and lovingly recycled clothing, books, toys, housewares, seasonal items, jewelry and more to Santa Ynez Valley residents and visitors.
Proceeds from the non-profit shop support the Santa Ynez Valley Cottage Hospital Volunteer Services Scholarships that are awarded annually to local high school seniors or graduates who wish to pursue careers in a health or medical-related field. Proceeds from the shop also fund important hospital projects and programs.
The shop is staffed entirely by Santa Ynez Valley Cottage Hospital Volunteer Services who generously volunteer more than 16,000 hours of their time and talents each year to support the hospital.
