Cottage Santa Ynez Valley Cardiology Welcomes Dr. Andrea Tackett to Support Local Heart Care

Andrea Tackett, MD, has joined Cottage Santa Ynez Valley Cardiology, located at 2030 Viborg Road, Suite 205, in Solvang. Dr. Tackett brings more than 20 years of cardiology experience to patients in the Santa Ynez Valley.

For residents of the Santa Ynez Valley and surrounding rural communities, having specialty care close to home plays an important role in long-term health. With Dr. Tackett joining the practice, patients can continue to receive local cardiovascular care, including many routine cardiology visits and services.

“I’m grateful for the opportunity to care for patients in the Santa Ynez Valley,” said Dr. Tackett. “My goal is to build strong relationships with my patients and to help them feel informed and supported as we work together to manage their cardiovascular health.”

Most recently, Dr. Tackett practiced cardiology in the San Luis Obispo area. She has extensive experience in cardiovascular medicine and is dedicated to helping patients feel informed and supported throughout their care.

Dr. Tackett completed her medical training at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in Lexington, Kentucky, followed by a residency in internal medicine at the University of Arizona in Tucson and a fellowship in cardiovascular medicine at the University of Kentucky.
