Thank you for allowing Cottage Health to serve as your health care provider. Over the next few months you will see new and improved features in our billing processes. These changes are designed to better support our patients.
On August 15, 2017 we introduced a new patient billing statement and a new portal for Online Bill Pay featuring a quick-pay option. We are in the process of integrating our Online Bill Pay with MyChart, our online health management tool. The integration will be finalized within the first few months of 2018, and will provide self-service functionality to set up payment plans online, make changes to existing payment plans, and more.
Today, any changes to payment plans can be made by calling our Business Office at 805-695-2518 (phone service hours: weekdays, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. PT).
