Our Hiring Process

Candidates for all positions at Cottage Health are reviewed by the Recruitment Department for initial screening and confirmation of relevant experience and skills. Qualified candidates may be invited to participate in the employment interview process.

The interview process may include online assessments, as required for the position, an interview with the recruiter and or the hiring manager. The recruiter and hiring manager collaborate on the hiring process which may include virtual interviews, in person interviews and skill assessments.

Once a candidate is selected for a position, the recruiter will extend a job offer and share details about the specific job. All job offers are made by the Recruitment Department and are outlined in a formal offer letter.
