COVID-19 Resource Library

Cottage Health is partnering with the United Way of Santa Barbara County Vaccination Equity Project (VEP). VEP community-based organizations are invited to download resources here. These materials are being shared to assist with ongoing outreach to help vulnerable and hard-to-reach populations get vaccinated and protected against COVID-19.

Select materials can be customized. If this option is available, the file will contain preset areas for adding your logo and contact information.
