Cottage Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC)

The Cottage Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) is an action-oriented group who helps to facilitate an exceptional patient care experience by bringing together the voice and experiences of our patients, families, and caregivers to improve quality and safety.

The council serves as an advisory resource for leadership and staff, advocates to improve care, assists in the development of patient materials, and serves on special projects.

Cottage Health is seeking community members who are:

• Current or former patients, or caregivers of a patient, within the last two years
• Excited to help improve the patient experience
• Available to participate in quarterly meetings (in Santa Barbara)
• Representative of our diverse community

Participants will be offered reimbursement for transportation and childcare needs during meetings.
