Cottage Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC)

The Cottage Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) is an action-oriented group who helps to facilitate an exceptional patient care experience by bringing together the voice and experiences of our patients, families, and caregivers to improve quality and safety.

The council serves as an advisory resource for leadership and staff, advocates to improve care, assists in the development of patient materials, and serves on special projects.
