Research Studies
Cottage Health Research Institute (CHRI) provides support to investigators from study start-up to study close-out and can assist with identifying clinical trial opportunities such as novel investigational drugs, and device or biological therapies.
Further support includes feasibility evaluation to determine if a clinical site and investigator are a good fit for a clinical trial, budget and contract negotiations, study conduct and close-out activities.
In addition to working alongside nationally-recognized research institutions in sponsored, multi-center clinical trials, researchers at Cottage have designed and implemented innovative research projects which have been presented at conferences locally and nationally and published in top-tier research journals.
CHRI also supports investigators and clinical staff by providing ongoing research education. Research scientists, librarians and compliance staff are committed to providing education on research best practices, research methods, research analysis, research ethics, data management and patient safety. Participating in clinical trials enables Cottage access to cutting-edge medical treatments for patients in our community.
