Education: Undergraduate and Medical School at Wake Forest University
Interests (non-medical/medical): Non-medical: Surfing, Skiing, Swimming, Running, Biking, and Music. Medical: MIS, Plastic Surgery, and underrepresented patient populations.
Favorite thing about Santa Barbara: Having access to the outdoors and outdoor activities like surfing at local breaks or biking, hiking, or running through nearby trails.

Spencer Jessup

Education: Montana State University; Michigan State University College of Human Medicine
Interests (non-medical/medical): Highland Games, hiking/backpacking, weightlifting, cooking, and my two cats. Trauma, critical care, and rural general surgery.
Favorite thing about Santa Barbara: Easy access to the beautiful outdoors, the incredible food, and all of the wonderful people in the community!

Interests (non-medical/medical): Hiking, spending time outdoors, and sports. I am interested in colorectal surgery, but keeping an open mind.
Favorite thing about Santa Barbara: I grew up visiting Santa Barbara and enjoy the beach, mountains, and food scene.

Interests (non-medical/medical): My professional interests currently include colorectal surgery, minimally invasive procedures, and the intersection of global health and surgical care. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends, visiting family in Los Angeles, and painting.
Favorite thing about Santa Barbara: Relaxing at the beaches of Santa Barbara, and exploring local coffee shops.
