Verification of Training

The GME Office is responsible for completing and processing all training verifications for Santa Barbara Cottage Health. For verifications submitted more than one year post the graduation date, a fee of $100 per request will apply. Please email your verification requests along with signed release forms to GMEADMIN@sbch.org. Standard processing time is approximately 48 hours (two business days).
