According to the American Cancer Society, breast cancer is the most diagnosed cancer in women with one in eight women diagnosed in their lifetime. Early detection is critically important and saves lives.

Regular mammograms remain the most important method for early detection. The American College of Radiology recommends annual screening beginning at age 40 for women of average risk and earlier and/or more intensive screening for women at higher-than-average risk.
